Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer experienced two different spells at Mason. While Spain’s Nadal saw his Masters 1000 Cincinnati run cut by his compatriot, Swiss’s Federer beat South Africa’s Kevin Anderson. Following his fall in the quarterfinals of the Masters 1000 Montreal, Rafael Nadal left Cincinnati in the Round of 16 as he was beaten by Feliciano Lopez (5-7, 6-4, 7-6 ). It was an action-packed match from start to a tie-break in the third set; of course, lucky were the bettors who saw their bets matched.
Invincible, Roger Federer is currently securing the ATP World lead. By crushing Kevin Anderson, Federer showed off his legacy at the Lindner Family Tennis Center; his rival was given no chance to improve his game. It would only take less than an hour for Federer to come out victorious of the match (6-1, 6-1). Andy Murray also advanced to the quarterfinals of the Masters 1000 Cincinnati; he beat Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov. The Murray Vs Dimitrov clash was a suspense-filled one; it saw the Bulgarian dominating the first set but eventually found themeselves in a tie break following a double fault committed by Dimitrov. Then Andy Murray would somewhat take advantage of Dimitrov’s slowing down to finally win the game 4-6, 7-6 , 7-5.
